Tankers Association is to foster the camaraderie, friendships
and memories of those that served in America's longest and most controversial
war. To provide an organization that will research, document and
record the histories of those individuals and units that served in
the First, Third and Fifth Tank Battalions in the Republic of South
Vietnam from 1965 to and including 1970. And, to further ensure that the
USMCVTA will continue as a nonprofit veterans organization serving all
Marine Corps tankers of the Vietnam War era"
