Online Meeting Rules  
  • Host/moderator will be in charge of the meeting.  After a brief intro, agenda items will be presented one at a time.

    • .  
  • To offer a comment or ask a question type in the word HAND.
    • Host  will try to respond to each of you in the order of your request.
  • When you see  the word GO and your name appear on the screen, start typing the floor is yours.

  • End.  When you are finished speaking type in the word END

    • .  
  • Host will then call on the next person.  Host will  try to call on each of you in the order you raised your hand.  DO NOT  break into the meeting if you were not called in the correct order.  It is impossible to always address each of you in order; you will be given the floor eventually.

    • .  
  • The Host & moderator have the right to take away your "talk" privileges or ban you from the room  if you continuously disrupt the flow of the meeting.  You will have plenty of time to enjoy a "free for" all meeting after the meeting is officially closed by the host.  Remember the rooms are always open for you use, you have plenty of time for informal chat.

  • If you see the words  Moderated Mode posted in the top status bar, limited quests will have speaking rights.  This is posted when meeting rooms have a large audience, you will be able to observe only.   You may resume speaking when your see :"Resume Hand" in the top status bar.   At that time follow the procedure outlined above, type in Hand and wait for the host to call on you to speak.
